All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number must be obtained from Taytrix Productions before returning product. Products returned without an RA number may be refused.

Taytrix stands behind our products with a one year warranty on materials and workmanship. Daily wear and tear is not covered but Taytrix is happy to make

any repairs at a reasonable price.
